What Vivint did:
Vivint is still taking a service fee of $37.86, monthly, from my Bank account. Since mid September of 2021, I know for a fact they were not monitoring my home’s security. My alarm went off atleast twice before and in September and Vivint never called my house for a security check. I call and talked to representatives’ time after times since last year. I am not in a binding years or yearly contract with them; I was paying from month to month. I owe them nothing not even for the home monitoring equipment, therefore I was only paying them for their month to month services. I have been with this company since they became Vivint. They have taken monthly service fees as recently as 05-26-2022.Who can I talk to and with, for help and more details about this case?
