What Brinks Home Security did:
I closed my account with Brinks in July 2018 when we moved to a new house. The Alarm system operated through the phone line which was also disconnected in July 2018, therefore, the system was no longer connected to Brinks to monitor. Also, Brinks stopped sending me monthly statements and payment (email) confirmations. However, according to my bank statements, Brink has been charging me a monthly monitoring fee of $39 for the past almost 4 years.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
