What Vivint did:
I cancelled my subscription in the beginning of April 2022. I called later in April just to reconfirm that it had went through, and they told me it didn’t go through because I didn’t ‘stay on the phone long enough.’ Then they said I had to email the cancellation-I sent it in at the end of April. At the end of May I received another bill.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
