What Brinks Home Security did:
AT&T Digital Life told me they were sunsetting my service and to contact Brinks Home Security for continued service. I did my due diligence and didn’t see any red flags online so I called and made an appointment to switch. I did sign a DocuSign contract to hold my same rate as with AT&T. The appt took 3 weeks. The tech was in my house for nearly 10 hours and said he didn’t have the two new thermostats included in the switch. and said he didnt know when they would be available. Today, thenext day, I called Brinks to resolve the equipment problem and when I speak with someone I get placed on hold and my call gets dropped. This went on for 4 hours and the last person I spoke to I said I wanted to cancel and have the installed equipment taken out. He put me on hold and never came back.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
