Brinks Home Security Complaint

What Brinks Home Security did:
I called to cancel my monitoring service with Brinks and was told I didn’t have an account with them even though they have been withdrawing money from my checking account for the last 13 months. I used to have my alarm system monitored by Select Security and when they were purchased by Brinks Home Security apparently my records didn’t transfer over to Brinks. I was finally connected to the Select Security rep who said they would send me a DocuSign cancellation form but I haven’t received one as of a week later. I’ve been paying for monitoring services since 4/18/2021. I believe that if I had had an alarm incident I would have been at risk since they had no record of my account with them.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
