What Santander Consumer USA did:
Came on property fornRepossession against a deceased family member while in probate and telling me I can pay the vehicle off but it can only be released to the deceased and it will remain with the company who repossessed it until probate is done and I will incur fees and the company can sell the vehicle and I’m out of money for the vehicle. Intentionally mailing letters to be signed by the deceased to prevent me a letter for repossession. I’m still paying car insurances for the vehicle (deceased has 2 cars paid off and all 3 are on the insurance policy) Allowed me to remove items from the vehicle however will not allow me to possess even if I purchased it .
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
