What Santander Consumer USA did:
I made multiple lump sum payments snd was told that my payments were “advanced” and that I didn’t need to pay til June of 2022. Last night without any idea that I was even “behind” my car was repossessed. I want my car back.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
