Brinks Home Security Complaint

What Brinks Home Security did:
A representative of this company called stating they were taking over the contract in my area for ADT since ADT was no longer providing services. I was told services would be less expensive and increase my security from 3G to 5G. A call was made to ADT during the install to transfer my service. I was told the account would automatically close out. Since then, I have been charged by both companies for the past several months, and I have thousands of dollars of door damage from the install. After over 7 calls to the company, I have no resolution and ADT is calling multiple times a day requesting payment, the account was never closed.
