Brinks Home Security Complaint

What Brinks Home Security did:
Never showed up for two installation appointments, made all kinds of promises, wasted over 40 hours of my precious time, I returned financed and purchased equipment to them new in the original boxes on 5/16/2022 via their fedex return label they provided. They started charging me for monthly services even though I did not have an installation. Refund me 421.88 for 2 pieces bought on my credit card, ******** for monthly service and cancel $2253.98 financing with affirm. Stop charging my credit card! And I need an email confirming cancellation of the financing !!!!!
