What Vivint did:
Wallet was stolen so I had no way of updating my payment info after I canceled my cards. While waiting for a new card Vivint called twice about my monthly bill I explained the situation to them twice and said I would update my info as soon as I got my new card then asked them to put me on the do not call list to which they acknowledged, the last 3 days I have received multiple calls from Vivint and I am now fed up with it I can’t even reach a US based office it’s all call centers in India calling me with numbers spoffed to US based locations
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
