Vivint Complaint

What Vivint did:
I am renting a home. Vivint door to door sales rep assured me verbally that I had 30 days to try the equipment out. I called within the 30 days to cancel the services because I was asked to move from my home. They told me I could NOT cancel because I signed something stating 3 days.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
