What Vivint did:
Basically I was never told the service was a contract, the guys selling the product seemed genuine. He also ended signing some of the documents for me saying that “these arent that important” and did not thoroughly explain the terms and conditions. I even asked the guy if I could cancel at anytime and he said yes.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
