First Premier Bank Collections Issues
What First Premier Bank did:
First Premier Bank closed my credit card account without taking proper action, they’re misrepresenting the facts in regards to their binding arbitration agreement and violated my consumer privacy rights by disclosing my financial; non public personal information to; negative information; transactions and experience a non affiliated party without my authorization. I am aware First Premier violated Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. I called First Premier and spoke with Customer Service Agents and the Supervisors and they were misleading about the facts of their privacy notice and disclosures of information. I dispute that First Premier is not required to report my nonpublic personal information to a non affiliated party. First Premier failed to provide to me full-disclosure where I have the option to opt-out of having my non public personal information to be disclosed and had they would’ve done so, I would’ve opted out. First Premier damaged my financial character and I lost opportunity of obtaining loans and credits. First Premier have been very deceptive by misrepresenting the facts and have been lying.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund of all that I have paid. I am aware that companies are not to advertise installments and all that I’ve paid into this fraudulent installment, I need refunded.
