What Vivint did:
Equipment doesn’t work, they have left a fire hazard in my home they have acknowledged with pain and emergency electrician. They refused to come back to the house. Electrical main box for alarm is dismantled and left that way and they are told me I can either call customer service which I have done over 20 times plus but have emails stating Many things including they will not be sending anyone – they are in breach of contract as I am still paying for their service. I have been a customer for over 11+ years just in this house and has paid over $10,000 just in this house.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
