What Vivint did:
Vivint sales rep withheld information about a service fee that I was paying for. I called customer service to find out why my bill was different than my mothers bill, which was purchased around the same time, I was told it was just a few sensors that if removed would be close to the payment. No changes were made while I called around that window and I was still charged full price but after I received my first bill they told me I missed my downgrade period of 30days.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
