ADT Claim for Compensation
What ADT did:
I cancelled the service months ago and they are still charging my checking account. I called once to cancel and they said it was taken care of and would no longer charge my account. Months later, I noticed my account was being charged again and they told me it was because another account had been opened and this particular account was not the one I originally called to cancel. I only had one account. I cancelled October of 2019 and have been getting charged ever since
