ADT Claim for Compensation
What ADT did:
ADT provided incorrect information when I signed up for a contract. The ADT representative told me that as an USAA member I could cancel the contract without penalty any time, which turned out to be incorrect. Now if I were to cancel the 2-yr contract I’m liable for 75% of the total contract amount in addition to the equipment charges I paid.
