Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
Filed a previous claim that this kinda involves as well.
First cabin booked on 3/19/22 through 3/23/22 air conditioning went out so we had to rebook a different cabin.
Booked on 3/20/22 through 3/24/22 with Airbnb. Total 2303.26.
Host was Ethan and Rainie.
Reservation number was HMNBQB8SZR.
We had to extend our vacation due to problems with first cabin and it cost us more money.
Pictures on this cabin are a false representation of cabin. They were taken when new and cabin show extensive wear.
Floors so scratched it was missing finish.
Carpets dirty and soiled.
Chair leg broken on 2 chairs
Stool ripped on top
Fireplace missing slate and more loose and falling off.
Carpet rolled really bad in basement. Tripping hazard.
Spindle broken and hanging on deck.
Kitchen missing can opener
No steps for hot tub
Couches on main floor old/soiled. Not comfy at all.
Christmas decorations still up.
Rocking chairs on deck are old and falling apart.
Contacted host to update her on situation of cabin and provide feedback on 3/21/22 and 3/23/22 we checked out early due to cabin being uncomfortable and not what it was suppose to have been.
Did manage to get a few pics of cabin. Have message of contacting host to inform her as well.
She stated they have new couches on the way and would address other maintenance issues asap.
Airbnb was contacted same time as other property and refused to gerund anything on this property as well.
Our vacation was ruined and I am still sick. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis and it caused me great pain having to move cabins as well on last minute where their last cabin had stairs.
We got $0 refunded on this property.
