Airbnb Claim for Compensation
What Airbnb did:
Horrible rental property conditions. Property not as described in listing. Host has changed listing now due to my complaints about discrepancies. Airbnb will not refund money for days not stayed nor will host because I did not contact within 24 hours of arrival. I was trying to make the rental situation work and allowing the host to make things right. I have fantastic documentation, messaging between host and myself as well as between Airbnb and myself. You will be able to see how badly I was brushed off and not given the respect or consideration I should’ve received. A nightmare experience, and I’m out $2000! This was during the time period of June 7-13, 2021.
