Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
I reserved an Airbnb from Mar 12 to May 7, 2022. I checked out on Mar 12 due to unacceptable conditions. I went to another Airbnb. I requested refund and cancellation. I cited reasons. I noted the first issue on my first day there and host was not responsive. I wasn’t happy with her response once she did reply. It wasn’t until I checked out that she attempted to fix first issue. By having me go shopping for new microwave. I requested refund. Host declined. I was also charged a supposedly refundable pet deposit of $500 I have not received back. Airbnb refused to cancel the reservation even though I’m clearly elsewhere. They’re trying to continue to bill me more money. Their support said at one point they don’t know why they couldn’t cancel it. I have document and pictures of the issues. I’m willing to pay for the week I was there but no more. Neither the host or Airbnb will acknowledge condition issues. The other places I’ve stayed in the area are fine.
