Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
We checked into an airbnb here in Charlotte, North Carolina on April 16,2022 at 2:40pm

Titled: Newly renovated and cozy Near uptown, private room.
Hosted by Munaye.

We were Allowed to check in by 2pm,
which is an hour early check in .

By 3:30pm the water was off in the entire house.
We shared a restroom with another couple, In which, no one could use the restroom, because the toilet, couldn’t be flushed , and no one could wash their hands.
Which is unsanitary and goes against health code violations.

Had to leave to use the restroom, so went to CVS about 6 minutes from the house.

We checked out at 8 PM, And had to rent a hotel at a $123. At La Quinta airport South in Charlotte.

After paying $98.64 for this unsanitary room.

I message the host, asking for a refund,
explaining and sending pictures,
that the city was working on the plumbing.

She confirmed that she checked, and that the city is working on the plumbing lines, and it should be turned back on , within the next 2 hours.

Putting the water, being out between 3:30 PM and 10 PM Eastern standard time.

And a very rude refusal of a refund since we had a “successful check-in ” an hour early.

I hope y’all can help me at least get a partial refund, since we did check in.
