Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
Airbnb refunded a guest against our wishes. The guest sent a picture of one dead bug that they allegedly found on the floor a week after they had already been living there and wanted to cancel the rest of their 45 night stay. We refused, but Airbnb refunded them any ways, costing us $1,526.27.
