Airbnb Claim for Compensation
What Airbnb did:
Apr 21 – 25 Laguna Hills CA; entire place was unsanitary, greased walls, carpet smells, furniture soiled and what appears to have left over food crumbs on coach. Bathrooms dirty whole place was not habitable. My wife started having an asthma attack due to the dust and grease of the unit. We did not stay in unit at all. Additionally, no service was rendered. We did not even complete the check-in process. Host was contacted and refused to take action or refund or money. Air BnB was contacted to resolve the issue. Photos were submitted and a full description of what had happened and the condition of the apartment. Air BnB sided with host and keep the full amount of $821.65.
