Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
They are refusing to give me a full refund because I am unable to go on a vacation due to a legal matter. A judge signed into paperwork that my boyfriend and I are not allowed to take the kids out of state unless the mother agrees. Which she didn’t. And this was a brand new motion she threw into the mix after we planned our vacation on his designated days with the kids. I have shown proof of the paperwork. I have asked to reschedule the days if I can’t get a refund and the host has refused all options and air bnb is taking their side. They are keeping over $1600 from us and now we can’t even take the kids on a vacation because we are out that money.
