What Airbnb did:
I contacted airbnb because the listing was highly inaccurate and there were a lot of other issues with the listing. Anyways, airbnb doesn’t contact me for 6 days to help me with the listing and when they do, they inform the host about it too. She goes crazy and aggressively harassed me to the point where I had to vacate the listing and get an expensive hotel. Now, I have no idea what happens to the money I already paid and I am incurring hotel bills in 100s of dollars. Airbnb put me in a difficult situation but did nothing to get me out of it.
Airbnb owes me the money I paid for the listing which is $1500. Plus charges for my hotel bills because of the inconvenience caused to find a new listing at a moments notice.
