What Airbnb did:
I make a reservation with the Airbnb with free cancellation, but when I canceled my reservation with the canceled confirmation from Airbnb. They did not refund my money back to my account. I called and message them many times, but the problem haven’t taken care of. It seems to me the way they treat customers badly.
Can you file a lawsuit against them
Treat the customers with more respect and handle the situation correctly
