Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
Signed up to rental agreement that stipulated sign agreement within 24 hrs. I did not sign because it was overreaching release of all responsibility on their part. They held me to non contract and denied my refund for 1600.00 at lease date did not provide access to property.
