Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
I rented a home in Ceder Park Tx, June 3 through June 5, the listing was for the entire house, excluding the garage and downstairs bedroom. The host did not disclose that there were people living in the garage and downstairs bedroom, my guests and I were concerned for our safety after the undisclosed tenants could be heard talking and moving throughout the house. there were also signs that they used the kitchen when we were gone and went into our bedrooms. I brought the issue to Airbnb requesting a refund for the discrepancy in the status of the listing and for my dissatisfaction with the entire situation, however, even after calling and talking to a representative Airbnb refused to cooperate with me, the consumer and refused to refund the $984.97 that I paid. Airbnb stated that “the decision in the case is final and we disengage from further discussion.” which leaves me with this option to get my money back.
