What Airbnb did:
We stayed at a property that promoted access to a pool and a clean house that did not live up to the pictures. We requested a refund the day of check in and received no response so naturally we stayed in the house the next day I went to follow up and the host said why did we stay in there if there was a problem? We argued back and forth about the cleanliness of the house. They didn’t even try to fix it. And Airbnb did not help whatsoever.
