AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I was told by the in home salesperson that if I trade in my iphone 8 plus that I would get credited $800 off of a iphone 13 to Port in my line from Boost Mobile while matching my current plan monthly cost. When I received the bill I was shocked to find out that I was only credited $350 and the monthly bill was $65 instead of $55 as promised.
