What AT&T did:
An AT&T technician ran internet wire on the top of the ground, it was black and not visible because it has been laying there for close to a year and was covered up by leaves and debris. it was supposed to have been buried more than 10 months ago (4/20/2020)according to the tenant who is living there who had the service installed ( {{ address hidden }} Gulfport {{ address hidden }}). I was working on the back of the building ,got my feet Tangled Up in this wire, tripped and fell onto my arm across the edge of a concrete slab. Which caused injuries to my arm and my shoulder. I lost 5 days of work , and I average about $1000 per day income , and have records to prove it. I have not received the hospital bill yet. I was in a lot of pain for the first 3 days moderate pain for the next 2 days after that only discomfort for the past 3 days. The incident happened March 29th at approximately 12 p.m. in the afternoon at {{ address hidden }} Gulfport Mississippi I have video and pictures of everything including the AT&T pedestal video showing the wires coming from the AT&T pedal stool going all the way around the building to the apartment where they penetrate the wall and Supply service I have pictures of the injury and I also went to the emergency room and have medical records
I just want to be reimbursed for my injury medical expense and pain and suffering, loss of income
