AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I was supposed to transfer my landline ***-***-**** on Nov 17, 2021. I have a recording from December 1, 2022. I was sold $22.95 for fiber over prim. $35 plus $10 for internet. $5.00 off paper billing for internet. It was supposed to be combined billing. I was supposed to receive a $200 gift card. I was supposed to get free long distance in the US and free to 10 different countries. I was lied to and they are over billing me. Corporate escalation is involved Latrice ***** at ***-***-**** and her email is ******@*****.***. I have filed 2 FTC complaints, a Consumer Affairs complaint and a BBB complaint.

They refused to take my $22.95 payment each month and charged me incorrectly. I received a letter on March 19, 2022 stating that I owed $222.09 and gave me a notice of service interruption. I have left numerous messages and ATT closed my complaint and ignored my request to honor what I was sold. On April 5, 2022 my line was disconnected and I received the letter stating that my line was temporarily interrupted for nonpayment and then they requested $282.73 to reinstate my service. I refused to pay that and told them that I would pay only the $22.95 and paid that on April 16, 2022. I demanded that they let me make a payment. Even at this amount, I have nit received what I was promised. I was supposed to get free ling distance in the US and calling free to 10 countries. I let them know that this payment was due Dec 12, 2022 to Jan 12, 2022. Please call me at ***-***-**** have the recording.

They need to honor what they promised on the recording when they sold me my services and lied to me. Immediately after they pulled the bait and switch.
