AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
They have double billed me a month for over six months. I tried to pay for a cheaper service and they charged me 20 dollars more than the original fee I had set up eight months before. I have cancelled their contract and I am still being charged for services I don’t have and have cancelled. I am being sent mail every twice a month and asking for money immediately.
