AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
We traded in a Samsung Note20 Ultra Max 5G phone. Offered $1000 credits for the phone. Contacted AT&T 4 times in 2 months for trade in status. Each time told something different. The trade in process has not completed and we have not received any credits. The 4th time we spoke to a manager who said now we will only get $320 credit. She said the phone had a screen problem which is false. It was perfect. We traded in cell phones with AT&T before and our phones are in perfect like new condition. The other 3 contacts with AT&T no one said there was a problem with our trade in. I asked for the phone back but at&t refused to send our phone back to us. It is worth $850 right now.
