AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
We cancelled our account in December and transferred our phone numbers to another carrier. AT&T read us the “sorry you’re leaving us” text and said there would be one final bill. Three months later I noticed we were still being billed almost the same monthly amount. Turns out they never “turned off” our Apple watches even though we signed those up with the other carrier in December when we switched the phones. We complained in March and AT&T shut our account down for good, removing autopay. Then I got another bill this month that included a late fee! I’m told this really is the last bill, but we’ve already paid $309.17 for service we didn’t want or use.
