AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
Over charging for service that was not rendered.

Bad connection all the time and getting help to address the issues does not Exist. I tried they lie and play games.

They keep going into my account an make changes I never requested.

I have requested to receive paper bill and there respond was it will be a charge for a paper bill.

I requested the paper bill because they keep charging my bill after it is posted adding fees and have not added my employer discount but keep asking me to up load my government ID I have done this several time already. In response the run around
