AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I had my service shut off even tho i am payed up in full. On Saturday the 29th of April we had a receipt showing 0$ now for some reason we owe 202$ in the span of less then 1 month? Now on top of COVID i have to deal with the incompetence of a “” professional service provider””
