AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I upgraded 3 cell phones on March 23 according to an upgrade offer presented to me in my personal customer portal. The deal was to take my trade-ins and my cost per month would then be $11 or less for each phone. This was going to save me thousands. So, I decided to go ahead and upgrade. I don’t care about the latest and greatest, but it was a good deal and I thought a great time, due to the deal. Now they are telling me I wasn’t eligible (even though they gave me the deal) and they are trying to charge me thousands of extra dollars. They have already charged me $210 for upgrade fees along with fees and such and are now trying to make me pay over $5000 for phones I was supposed to pay about half that price for. I want them to honor the promotion offered or cancel it without credit repercussions and refund fees paid due to it.

I do not want any of this on my credit report. I also want return of my old phones or refurbished that were in the same great shape as my returns.
