AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I was trying to get service from them and was told I wouldn’t get charged until my order ships which I couldn’t get service because they said they couldn’t access my credit report because there was a freeze I contacted three credit bureaus and I didn’t have a freeze I made 2 attempts to complete my order and none were completed but I was still charged by them twice for $90.75 and I called they said there wasn’t no charge from us they took my debit card info to check and they said there isn’t a charge yet on my bank it shows I was charged
