What AT&T did:
I am att prepaid for over 4 years. Recently I since covid 19 twice I have attempted to pre fill my att prepaid account and BOTH TIMES att stole my money! The first time was 78 dollars.(I was able to get refunded) And the most recent 20! On 2nd April 2022 I added 10 dollars for a direct bill payment and 20 dollars for the following two months. Att says my money EXPIRED ?!?! Which makes no sense bc if I have money on my account they usually add it on you account for credit. But all of a sudden they are saying my money expired are giving me the round around and do not want to credit my account and mock me and are writing notes on my account so their employees are giving me no resolution. I am highly frustrated annoyed and want resolution. I have spent three hours on the phone.
