What AT&T did:
I provided information and called regarding my bill. I was given misinformation from a representative promising me that if I was to pay a certain amount of my bill that they can provide a brief extension to be able to cover the remainder balance so that my services wouldn’t be disconnected. This is very unfortunate to me because now I have to pay more fees as in reconnection fees, and late fees as well. I have reached out to managers and no resolution has been made for a mistake that was made on the representative end. I have wireless service though AT&T. I have a iPhone 13 pro max, a Apple Watch, and I iPad Pro. I have been with AT&T since 2020 so far have not had a bad experience until now.
