What AT&T did:
My name is Marci *****. I have tried to switch business landlines, fax landline and internet services for last few years. AT&T has some port freeze which is preventing me from being able to switch providers. I am solo private practice and had my practice over 20yrs. To change numbers would be business suicide as I am healthcare provider. Just the last 2 days I have spent well over 6 hours getting bounced around and placed on hold over 2 1/2hrs. I have called even cell stores, noone can help. Long wait times, won’t transfer me to supervisor, lie telling me they are retention dept when not. I am a mental health provider already just in time on phone being bounced around was $500.00. The service is horrendous. I’ve had internet down for over a month, 3 weeks, 2 weeks at a time. That alone has cost me financially. My survival is using my cell line as “hotspot”. This issue has not only affected me by time wasted trying to get the issue fixed but affected ability to do billing which has resulted in my being unable to pay bills of my own. My business is Adult, Children & Family Counseling LLC.

I want my business and fax#’s unfrozen so I can switch providers without losing my numbers
