AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
My account was taken over. I have called them several times with att telling me nothing is wrong with my account. Or they hang up. I have been forced to change phone Carriers I’d like to find out what the heck is going on and why Att ignored my request. I have went in store before as well they say it’s all fine. When it’s not on my end account I couldn’t see the bill imei nothing on my acct at all. My claims keeping getting canceled my claimant which I did. No such thing. Been canceled 3 times
