What AT&T did:
Added a ranmdon number (new line ) to my account and now I’m trapped paying for their mistake. Also sales rep I got when I switched from another provider lord to me about plan benefits and cost and AT&T will not do anything. I’m desperate seeking advice and help!
Settlement of the contract I have with them. I don’t want to continue using their service.
