What AT&T did:
When I purchased my phones with them I was told I could make extra payments toward the devices and pay them off early but when I went to do that I had to pay in full or not at all. My monthly bill wound up being more than I was told. My understanding was the iphone 13 was free but I financed 799.00
for that phone alone. On top of all this service is terrible, the internet is slow and I have to reboot my phone way to often. I want AT&T to explain why I’m paying so much if the phone was free and why they told me I could pay as I wanted on the devices when it’s obvious I can’t.
