AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
On 5/25/22, AT&T made a withdrawal of $136.85 from my checking account. I had called several times regarding this matter. The last person I spoke with (Shanika-5/27/22) informed me that if the money is refunded, they will do it in the form of a credit to my account (I don’t have my account number). I need the cash refunded to my checking account, as this money is earmarked for another bill. I receive SSI and cannot meet my obligations without this money.
