AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
A payment was taking off my card on may 13 2022 for 192.67. When I canceled it the same day not a minute later they told me they put it back on my card. It has not been put back on my card. My bank has no statement about it being refunded. I have wasted time and energy trying to get it sorted out. With no outcome. I can not afford this and it has cost me to not be able to afford anything else for my family. It may seem like a little amout but it’s not. It’s enough to cover at least 2 other bills and I have been working day in and day out trying to make money to cover what they took and I keep getting behind in bills
