AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
My bill has gone up every month, i have a screen recording of the rep guaranteeing my bill would be $160. My bill is always different than the amount shown on the app . Also my plan changed and i didnt ask for it to be changed. Every moth my bill is higher and higher. Im not getting what i was guaranteed. Not once. There policy says there rates would nvr go up but every month my rates has gone up. I dnt want money i just want out. Ill continue the installment arrangment for the devices but i iut of the service agreement at no charge to me cancel any charge they say i owe and unlock my devices at no cost. My life has been a living hell becuz of ATT.
