What AT&T did:
Since November of last year (2021) I’ve been trying to resolve a problem with an open phone plan which I never opened nor gave AT&T any type of information. Every time I’ve called they said I needed to go into the company because they were unable to help me via phone . I went into the company and explained my situation they then asked for the account number and code as to which I explained to them I don’t have that information because I never opened the account. They then informed me that without the account number or code they were unable to help me . Im not being robbed of money but of my identity. I provided all my legal documents and they proceeded to reject them because all they need is the account number and code.
