AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I have had trouble with ATT home internet service since I moved to this location. 1. They have had my name associated with an account at {{ address hidden }} Schriever, La 70395, I have never lived there. I live at {{ address hidden }} Schriever, LA 70395. This has caused several issues when repairs have been needed resulting in delays. 2. They have promised to correct the issues but have not and its been years! 3. Next, regarding technical issues and billing. I have had numerous problems resulting in disconnects from their equipment by their technicians supposing( I was told this by a few of their repair techs) because their equipment cannot handle all the residents in the area, which they have failed to upgrade. I have always been billed the full amount. 4. Most recently I called in a problem on 6/11/22, I was told they could not get a technician out until 6/18/22. There was no explanation for the outage, there was no bad weather and they had the wrong address associated with my trouble ticket # M39598923. 4. I work from home. Reliable internet is a must. When I asked for a complementary hotspot until they could get their issues resolved, I was told they could not do that and that I would need to use the hotspot from my phone and upgrade to their highest plan to ensure my services would not be slowed down. 5. I have spent HOURS, which I’m sure has resulted in MONTHS of lost time on the phone with their technicians each time, trying all of their troubleshooting methods, not to mention downtime when a technician is actually working on the problem. This has resulted in loss of compensation from my home-based businesses, employer loss of income, additional stress and anxiety adding to my current health problems.

I need compensation for my time, loss of income, stress and anxiety this caused
